CroppickVoice’s free tier may be used by anyone, for any purpose — personal or commercial — at no cost, with no account. It is provided as-is (see §5). Features that are free today stay free: see the free-forever promise.

The fair-print, in plain words.
The short version: the free app is genuinely free, a Pro license is yours once you buy it, refunds are easy, and nothing here tries to trick you. The details below are the actual terms.
2 · The Pro license
A Pro license costs €39 once, plus VAT where applicable (added at checkout). It unlocks the Pro features for one person on their own devices (several at once — freeing an old machine is self-service); each additional person in a team needs their own license. Activate once online; from then on the key works fully offline and never expires.
Your purchase includes every 1.x update. A future major version (2.0) may be a separate purchase with an upgrade discount — and majors will be genuine rewrites, not re-labelled minor updates.
Please don’t share, resell, or publish license keys. Activation is one quick online check when you enter the key — after that nothing watches you, and a leaked or refunded key simply stops activating new devices.
3 · Refunds
Not for you? Email voice-hello@croppick.com within 30 days of purchase and you’ll get a full refund — no interrogation, no hoops. Refunds are processed by the payment provider back to your original payment method.
4 · Your data
The app is local-first: your audio, screenshots and text stay on your machine, and neither the app nor this site runs tracking of any kind. The complete list of network touches — and the formal privacy details — live on the privacy page.
5 · The unavoidable disclaimers
CroppickVoice is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind — express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to the software or this site is limited to the amount you paid for it (which, for the free tier, is zero). Transcription output can contain mistakes — review anything important before you send it.
6 · Updates & changes to these terms
App updates are optional, digitally signed, and can be disabled in Settings. These terms may be revised as the product evolves; material changes will be dated here, and no change can retroactively take away what a purchased license already includes.
7 · Who you’re dealing with
CroppickVoice is built and provided by Croppick — the registered individual-activity business of its developer, operating from the Republic of Lithuania. Pro purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record: for the payment itself Polar is the seller, handling checkout, VAT and payment data under its own terms, and its receipts and invoices identify the trader in full. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; nothing in them limits consumer rights that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you.
